you know you want this...

black bean salsa

1 pound dry black beans, soaked and cooked (or use 3-15 oz cans)
1-11 oz corn, drained (frozen works too)
2-10 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilis, drained
2 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
juice of one lime
salt to taste if using dry beans

mix it all up.  chill overnight.  serve with chips or use in a burrito, or over a salad

K-so when I read this I coincidentally had a pot of black beans I made it, adding a little freshly chopped was divine!!! Thanks for sharing!
